Directions To Looking Glass Gardens

Looking Glass Gardens is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Great Barrington, Monterey and Northwestern Connecticut.  Follow the red arrow sign off Route 57 and Route 183.

From Boston / Springfield

Take Mass Pike to Exit 3 (Westfield).  At the first light after exit, turn right.  Take Rt. 10-202 to Southwick, then Rt. 57 West.  Continue on Rt. 57 West at Rt. 8 & 57 junction (New Boston Inn).  About 7 miles from New Boston Inn, at the top of the hill, turn left onto New Hartford Rd.  Dodd Road is on your right about a mile down on New Hartford Rd.  Look for a large C.W. Nelson sign and a red Looking Glass Garden sign. 

From Albany, NY, / Lee, MA

Off Mass Pike Exit 2 (Lee), take Rt. 20 East, then Rt. 8 South through Otis.  At the junction of Rt. 8 & 57 West, turn right (driving in front of New Boston Inn).  See the directions from Boston.

From Hartford, CT

Rt. 44 West to Rt. 183 (Winsted, CT).  Look for a red sign off Rt. 183, after entering Massachusetts.  Turn right on South Sandisfield Rd., at the end of the road, turn left on New Hartford Rd. Dodd Road is the first left.

From NY State / Great Barrington, MA

Taconic Parkway to Route 23 East through Great Barrington.  Take the right folk on to Route 57 East, then through New Marlborough.  When Rt. 57 turns left in Sandisfield, go straight onto New Hartford Rd.  Dodd Road is about one mile down on your right.
